Anthony Ryland - CEO and Founder

Anthony is the CEO and Founder of Tap’d Solutions and an experienced leader with a strong track record of helping senior leadership transform their organisations through their people and deliver large-scale operational change. He works with senior leaders, HR practitioners, line managers and teams to design and implement strategies that improve organisational performance, efficiency and capability.

Anthony has great experience working with organisations develop and implement people and organisational strategies. He works with a range of sectors from government, public sector and education to established global businesses and high growth start-ups. His expertise includes senior leadership support and development, unlocking leadership capability and executive coaching.

Through Tap’d Solutions, Anthony works closely with organisations to accelerate their people strategies through collaboration, insight and practical delivery. He brings a pragmatic, client-focused approach to transformation, combining strategic thinking with deep operational experience.

Anthony also hosts the Tap’d Talks HR podcast and chairs the HR Leader Wellbeing Roundtable.

Fiona Ryland – Senior Consultant

People Strategy | Organisational Transformation | Leadership & Culture

Fiona is a highly experienced HR and organisational transformation leader with more than 25 years’ experience across government, higher education and complex private-sector organisations. She has held senior executive roles leading large-scale people, culture and operational transformation programmes and has shaped people strategies for workforces of more than 500,000 employees.

Fiona brings deep expertise in HR strategy, organisational design, leadership development and large-scale workforce transformation. She works with senior leaders to diagnose organisational challenges, design pragmatic people strategies and deliver measurable improvements in performance, culture and capability.

Her experience includes transforming HR operating models, leading recruitment and talent acquisition improvements, implementing HR technology and shared service functions, and supporting organisations through mergers, acquisitions and major structural change.

Fiona is also an experienced executive coach, supporting senior leaders and teams to develop the capability required to lead successful organisational change.

Andi Roberts – Senior Consultant

Andi is an experienced learning and leadership development specialist who works with organisations to unlock the potential of their people and strengthen organisational capability. He brings deep expertise in leadership development, talent strategy and organisational learning, supporting clients to build the skills and capabilities required for sustained performance.

Andi has worked internationally across more than thirty countries and spent over fifteen years based in Spain. During his career he has designed and delivered leadership programmes, supported the development of corporate universities and founded boutique consultancy firms focused on organisational development and leadership capability.

He combines strategic insight with practical delivery, helping organisations implement learning and development solutions that drive meaningful behavioural change and improved organisational performance.

Based primarily in London, Andi and his family also spend significant time in Spain.

Hilary tapd

Hilary Dunstan – Senior Consultant

Executive Coaching | Leadership Development | Team Performance

Hilary is an experienced executive coach and leadership development specialist who works with senior leaders and teams to strengthen leadership capability, improve performance and navigate complex organisational change. She brings extensive commercial experience alongside her coaching practice, having held senior leadership roles across international organisations.

Hilary has worked across Europe and globally, leading EMEA-wide line and matrix functions in organisations spanning technology, financial services, engineering, manufacturing and retail. Her background includes senior positions in sales, marketing, technology and leadership development, giving her a strong understanding of the commercial and organisational challenges leaders face.

As an ICF-accredited executive coach and experienced facilitator, Hilary supports senior executives and leadership teams to develop clarity, confidence and practical strategies for delivering results. Her work focuses on leadership effectiveness, team performance, organisational change and developing the capability required for sustained business success.

Hilary has lived and worked in both Central Europe and North America and brings extensive international and multicultural experience to her work. She is fluent in German and works with organisations across a wide range of industries.

Michael is an experienced marketing and business development leader with more than 25 years’ experience supporting professional services organisations to strengthen market positioning, grow networks and develop effective go-to-market strategies.

He has worked with global HR and management consulting organisations, leading marketing initiatives across the Americas, EMEA and Asia Pacific. His experience includes developing strategic marketing programmes, building professional communities and creating platforms that connect senior HR and business leaders.

At Tap’d Solutions, Michael leads marketing and events activity, helping to grow a vibrant network of HR and centre-of-excellence professionals who share a passion for accelerating people strategies through collaboration, insight and technology.

Michael lives in Berkshire and is a keen cricket enthusiast, regularly following the England team on tours around the world.
