What is in the Sustainable Performance Diagnostic Questionnaire?
The questionnaire contains 36 “items” or “statements” that relate to the foundational elements that build up to the 5 facets and 12 components of the Sustainable Performance Framework. We call this the Sustainable Performance Inventory.
You will be asked to rate a response to each statement from 1 to 8, with 1 being “I strongly disagree with this statement” and 8 being “I strongly agree with this statement”. You will also be asked for your name, e-mail address and a level of seniority. Once you have completed the questions, press finish and the “simple” version of the report will be sent to you.
