Taking a team-based approach we utilise diagnostics, robust methodologies and techniques to understand areas for development to help the team build sustainable performance strategies. Sustainable Performance Awareness Workshop
Introductory sustainable performance workshop. Sharing and exploring of key concepts around proactive wellbeing and its connection to self and team performance. Discussion-based workshop to enable focused reflections for team and actions to take forward.
Sustainable Performance Team Programme
Targeted Sustainable Performance workshops. Commencing with a diagnostic for each team member. First workshop examines the evidence connecting sustainable performance to wellbeing research and drivers of positive team work practices. With time for personal action and peer support, our second workshop combines this learning and a deep-dive into team performance, culminating in tangible strategies for sustainable performance. A post-workshop communication plan helps maintain focus on new behaviours.
Sustainable Performance Leader and Team Programme
Focusing on the senior leader, we use wellbeing approaches to partner on a sustainable performance coaching programme. We facilitate Sustainable Performance workshops with the team. In addition, we support each team member embed their personalised sustainable performance plans with individual 1-2-1 structured mentoring sessions.
