Our HR Leader Wellbeing Roundtable community

One of the things we are most proud of at Tap’d is our HR Leader Wellbeing Roundtable community.

Started in response to growing evidence that HR leaders were experiencing levels of overwhelm and burnout that the profession was not openly acknowledging, these roundtables bring HR leaders together in a confidential, supportive environment to share experiences, develop strategies and support one another.

The roundtables are not a commercial product. They are our contribution to a profession we deeply respect and want to see thrive.

Having attended these events from the beginning, I always look forward to meeting fellow CPOs to share how you are actually feeling, what is on your mind and how we can support each other within a trusted space. Anthony facilitates these sessions in a way that looks effortless, but I know its not! We have also visited some really great locations across London.

We have scheduled our next roundtable, our 11th, to be held in person at the House of Commons in Victoria Street.

The roundtable, facilitated once more by Anthony Ryland, is free to attend and is now open to registration from HR leaders.
